My brushing events aren't showing up, what should I do?

You may need to sync your Beam Brush with the Beam App to bring your brushing events up to date! Make sure your brush is close by and open the Beam App on your phone. You should see a banner at the top of the screen say "Brush connected" and your events sync soon after.

1.) Update to the most recent version of app if needed.
2.) Open the app with your brush nearby. You should see a banner at the top of the screen say "Brush connected." Wait at least 2 minutes for events to sync.
3.) If the issue persists, force close and reopen the app. Wait 2 minutes to see if events sync.
4.) If the issue persists: log out of your app account. Force close the app. Reopen, log back in. Wait 2 minutes to see if events sync.
5.) If the issue persists: log out of your app account. Uninstall the Beam app. Reinstall the app and log back in. Wait 2 minutes to see if events sync.
6.) If the issue persists, remove the battery from your brush for about 30 seconds, then reinstall battery. Turn on the brush and let it run for a minimum of 30 seconds. Then repeat step #4.
