I need to make a return, how do I start that process?

Beam hopes you love your purchase, however, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if the item you received is faulty, damaged, or otherwise not as described on our website, we can provide a full product cost refund (excluding shipping costs) for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Products must be unused and in original condition.

Please contact our Success Team at support@beam.dental with your name, order number, reason for your return, and confirm your return address--we will issue a return merchandise authorization number for your package. Return postage is not included. Refunds will be applied directly to the form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds take 5-10 days to process and may take up to two weeks to post to your account.

*Beam is not responsible for lost or stolen orders in transit to Beam.

Orders may not be changed once placed. Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact Member Success to cancel your order.
