Perks are a benefit of our dental plans. Because of that, you will only receive Perks if you have active dental coverage with Beam!
This means if you no longer have active dental coverage, only have vision coverage, or your group is delinquent on premium payments, you will not receive Perks.
If you're enrolled in dental through COBRA, that counts as having active coverage!
It's also possible to suspend your Perks, and certain circumstances will cause this to happen automatically. Other than you asking for them to be paused, they can also be suspended if your Perks are returned-to-sender or if your coverage is ever terminated and then reinstated. You can check to see if your Perks are suspended in your Beam Member Portal at app.beam.dental!
