I followed the link in the sign-up email to create my Beam Member Portal account, but it takes me back to the sign-in page?

Here are some troubleshooting steps:

Make sure you're using an internet browser such as Edge, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.

If switching browsers doesn't help, try copying and pasting the link from the email into your browser instead of clicking the link. This is especially important if you're using a desktop application for your email such as Outlook.

If that doesn't work, try opening a private or incognito browsing window and paste the link there.

As a last step, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and completely close and restart the browser window before trying again. To clear cache and cookies in most browsers, hold down Control + Shift + Delete on your keyboard. On Macs, hold down Command + Shift + Delete.
