I’m a dental provider and need to confirm coverage for a patient. How do I do that?

You can also use our Provider Portal: https://smartclaims.beam.dental/

Our support team is available from 9AM to 7PM EST on Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5PM EST on Friday. (Except for national holidays, of course!) If you reach out to us after hours, we'll call you back or reply to your email when we're back online. 

We'll need the Beam ID, a 10-digit subscriber number on the insurance card, as well as the patient's name and date of birth.

Be sure to have your tax identification number ready as well!
