How do I use my Beam Dental benefits when I go to the dentist?

When you visit your dentist for the first time with Beam, show them your digital insurance card. You can access your insurance information and your ID card from the Beam mobile app.  Login and go to the Insurance tab at the bottom of the screen to get to the right section!

In-network Dentist:

If you go to a dentist in our network, show them the logo on the back of the digital card or let them know that we partner with Dental Benefits Provider (DBP)*, DenteMax Plus, and First Dental Health for in-network services. If they have any questions, have them email us at support@beam.dental.

Out-of-network Dentist:

Your out-of-network dentist can still submit your claim to us with the information provided on your digital insurance card. If they decline to submit your claim, you can email us at support@beam.dental and we will walk you through the process.

Confirming Coverage:

Your dentist may want to confirm insurance coverage before your appointment, and they can do so by using the Provider Portal at providers.beam.dental or by emailing us at support@beam.dental. To confirm your coverage, they will need your 10-digit subscriber Beam ID (e.g. 1234-56-7890), your full legal name, and your date of birth. Your Beam ID will be located on the back of your digital insurance card.
